As President of Zoeller North Holdings, which holds Zoeller Canada and Tulsar Canada Ltd., George Micevski brings more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing leadership. His background includes the manufacturing of rail cars, transformers, construction equipment, pumps and now, control panels. His current work with Zoeller and previous experience with organizations such as Amazon, Siemens Westinghouse, Flowserve, Clyde Union Pumps gives George a deep understanding of the need for a strong foundation in the day-to-day operations that ultimately support our customers’ needs. His approach, Safer, Better, Faster, is what motives him to drive improvements and ensure our employees are operating in a safe environment while delivering the best quality products as efficiently as possible.

John Deligdisch, Operations Manager

As Operations Manager for Tulsar Custom Controls,  John is focused on aligning the manufacturing group with the business core values of strong employee relations and on-time delivery of quality products as the company integrates a wire and harness processing division.  John began his career in the broadcast industry in an engineering role before transitioning into the manufacturing field.  John comes with over 30 years experience in building and managing businesses specializing in the design and turnkey manufacturing of electronic products including engineering services, metal fabrication, circuit board assembly, and finished product assembly and testing.  He has worked with both small start-up businesses and large international public companies servicing customers from low volume prototypes to high volume production runs of low to high complexity.  Many of the proven systems and process controls his has worked with will be implemented at Tulsar to further drive the continuous improvement initiative and meet the Tulsar objectives of being the end customers preferred supplier of processed wire, harnesses, and control panels.


Jim Streeter, R&D Engineer

As the R&D Engineer at Tulsar Canada, Jim brings decades of experience from industrial process design, fabrication and implementation to his role. Formally educated and trained in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Jim maintains the agency certifications for the products produced at our Brantford, Ontario facility. Jim spearheads our new product design process, applying innovative technical solutions for the projects within the R&D department. In his spare time, Jim enjoys cooking, working on his small collection of hobby cars and reading theoretical and technical literature.

Jack Wojtasiak, Project Manager

As Project Manager at Tulsar Canada, Jack brings extensive experience as a technician and in project management and applications across various sectors, including automotive, material handling and custom machining. Drawing from his background in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics and Automation, Jack works closely with Tulsar clients and internal departments as a first point of contact to ensure all orders and projects are managed to the highest standards and customer requirements.

Barry Gregory, Electrical Engineering Manager

As Sales and Service Manager at Tulsar Controls, Barry brings years of engineering management, electrical design and programming experience to his role. A key member of the senior leadership team at Tulsar, Barry launched his career with Kuntz Electroplating in Kitchener, where he developed his theoretical knowledge from post-secondary education into practical knowledge of PLCs, Robotics and CAD. Barry is a graduate of Conestoga College’s Electrical Engineering Technology program.

Khalil Dhanani, Accounting Manager

As Accounting Manager at Tulsar Canada, Khalili brings expertise in training and supporting computerized accounting systems and individual role functions in addition to experience in comprehensive reporting, including individual, departmental and consolidated compilations. Khalil has gained extensive accounting experience through senior accountant and supervisory roles for a variety of international manufacturing companies located in Ontario and has become a vital part of the team at Tulsar Canada.

Pauline Wheeler, Materials Manager

As Materials Manager at Tulsar Canada, Pauline brings more than 20 years of progressive experience in supply management. She is dedicated to maintaining high quality standards with value added/high impact results, drawing from her previous senior procurement roles with companies including Inverpower Controls, Flowserve Pump and Clyde Union Pump in addition to her experience in corporate compliance as a compliance officer. Pauline is educated in Finance (CGA), Fluid Power, Supply Management (SCMAC) and Electrical (principal courses).

Mike Colalillo, Quality Manager

As Quality Manager at Tulsar Canada, Mike uses his 20+ years of work experience focusing on all aspects of quality.  His input is crucial and relied upon to ensure that quality is considered from product inception/design, through the manufacturing process, and with final product acceptance.  Mike is constantly raising the awareness that “workers must be setup to win”, “we are all responsible for quality”, and asking “what does the data say”. In saying that, workers must be given proper designs, instruction, tools and support; workers and Supervisors must be part of the investigation and solution when issues arise; and issues and opportunities for improvement should be largely based on factual data.

Julian Micevski, Marketing Coordinator

As Marketing Coordinator for Tulsar Custom Controls, Julian has used his Television Broadcasting degree to help create digital & print content that best captures what we do on a day to day basis. Generating graphics, photographing our one of a kind panels, designing eye catching t-shirts,  piecing together fantastic videos for presentations, updating social media on a daily basis & continue to grow our online reach. Julian has worked with various companies throughout North America creating advertisements for live events, editing & producing television shows & even producing music.
